She Hop’s 102 propels West Indies to series level, Pietersen backs IPL bid

The Ranchi encounter ended with West Indies equalising the series after a dramatic chase. Hop’s 102 from 45 balls, supported by Rutherford’s 84, lifted the team to 252 runs. Pietersen, impressed by the performance, posted that Hop should consider registering for the IPL mini‑auction, where her aggressive style could be a perfect fit for franchise squads. India’s earlier total of 249 featured notable contributions from Sanju Samson, Tilak Varma and Shreyas Iyer.
