Record-Breaking T20 Performance Puts Farhan Among Elite Batsmen

Fazalhaq Farhan's 238 runs across three T20 internationals have placed him atop the list for most runs in a three‑match series, overtaking Abhishek Sharma’s 229‑run effort. The only higher scores belong to New Zealand’s Colin Munro (223 runs in 2023‑24), Australia’s David Warner (217 runs in 2019) and Afghanistan’s Hazaratullah Zazai (204 runs in 2019).

The Pakistani skipper not only led his side to a 2‑1 series win but also captured the Player of the Tournament accolade. His statement reflected a disciplined mindset: “When I play well, I become even more focused for the next game; form comes and goes, so I aim to maximize every good spell.”

Farhan’s T20 résumé now includes two centuries and 13 fifties from 51 matches, a testament to his rising stature as a dependable run‑maker for Pakistan.
