Former IPL champion RC Bangalore celebrates at M.Chinnaswamy after stadium upgrades

Royal Challengers Bangalore, the winners of IPL 2025, held a celebration ceremony at the M.Chinnaswamy Stadium earlier this year. The event drew far more fans than expected, leading to a crowd surge that resulted in eleven fatalities and a temporary closure of the venue.

Following extensive safety upgrades and management reforms, the stadium has now been cleared for both IPL and international matches. The recent improvements have restored confidence among fans and officials alike.
