Ranchi welcomes India and West Indies squads for Friday T20

Ranchi’s JCA International Stadium is set to host the second T20 between India and West Indies on Friday. The two teams arrived on Wednesday around 3:30 pm, allowing a short recovery period before training begins.

Jharkhand Cricket Association officials greeted the players at the airport and expressed confidence in their fitness and mental strength. "We expect the same high‑quality performance as the first match," one official noted.

Practice will be split into two sessions: West Indies will take the first half of the day, while India will use the second half to fine‑tune their line‑up. The match will kick off at 4 pm, with play commencing at 7:30 pm.

Fans are urged to purchase tickets through official channels and avoid scalpers. Authorities have also warned the public to stay away from any speculation that could disrupt the event.
