Pranavi Urs and Vani Kapoor Add Strong Showings at Czech Ladies Open

At the Tipsport Czech Ladies Open, Indian golfers Pranavi Urs and Vani Kapoor delivered commendable performances alongside team captain Deeksha Daggar. Urs opened her round with an aggressive tee‑off at the tenth hole and recorded a five‑under 67, highlighted by a six‑under 30 on the inward nine. Her finish included an eagle and four birdies, which lifted her to a tied 24th place.

Vani Kapoor, after posting rounds of 68 and 70 earlier in the tournament, steadied her play with a one‑under 71 to finish tied 49th. The consistency she displayed suggests she is finding her rhythm again on the LET circuit.

Daggar herself remained in contention, carding a four‑under 68 to end tied 12th, after a spectacular eagle on the 18th hole. The Indian trio’s collective effort added valuable points to their season standings, even as Avani Prashant, Riddhima Dilavari and Hitashi Bakshi missed the cut.
