PSL 2024: The final match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2024 is to be played today i.e. on 18 March between Multan Sultan and Islamabad United. Before this match, a strange news is coming out from Pakistan. It is reported that a day before the PSL 2024 final, journalists from the neighboring country boycotted the press conference of the finalist team Multan Sultan. All the journalists got up and walked out in the middle of the press conference. You would hardly have seen such a scene before in the world of cricket.

It is being told that before the title match, their manager had come to hold a press conference on behalf of Multan Sultan. But the journalists wanted this press conference to be held by team captain Mohammad Rizwan or some senior player. There was an altercation between the manager and the journalists on this issue, after which the journalists boycotted the press conference and walked out of the room. According to Pakistani journalist, Karachi journalists boycotted the press conference of Multan Sultan over the misbehavior of the manager. The journalists asked to talk to the captain or senior players but the manager said that we will not follow your instructions and if you do not want to sit, you can leave.

PSL 2024 final today

The final match of PSL 2024 is to be played between Multan Sultans and Islamabad United. This match will be played at the National Stadium in Karachi. Both the teams will have their eyes on their respective second PSL title. Islamabad became champions for the first time in 2018, while Multan Sultans lifted the trophy in 2021. Let us tell you, there has been no change in the prize money of PSL this year also. The winning team will get 120 million Pakistani rupees i.e. Rs 3.5 crore in Indian currency, while the runner-up team will earn Rs 1.4 crore.
