Meet India’s Men’s and Women’s Short‑Board Representatives

The men’s short‑board line‑up features teenage prodigy Kishore Kumar and veteran Shivraj Babu, while the women’s side will be represented by Tamil Nadu’s Kamli Murthi and Goa’s Shugar Shanti Banarase. All four have been selected after a rigorous national trial and will train together in coastal conditions at Mahabalipuram to fine‑tune technique, wave reading and race strategy ahead of the Asian Games.
