India's Gyaneshwari Wins Snatch Silver, Total Bronze in Asian Weightlifting

Yadav's narrow miss by 1kg in total showcased the event's brutality. Yadav's silver in snatch came from outlifting all but Zhao, proving her explosive power. The clean and jerk phase saw fierce battles, but her consistency shone through. Federation chief Ashwani Kumar hailed it as proof of India's sharpening edge. 'This narrow competition reflects our rapid progress against continental giants,' he said. The team celebrated Yadav's haul, viewing it as momentum-builder for remaining events.
