Sidhu wrote on Twitter, “Travis Head’s obnoxious behavior during the Melbourne Test is not good for the gentlemen’s game… This is the worst example when children, women, young and old are watching the game… This harsh behavior has not hurt any individual. He has insulted not only India but the nation of 1.5 billion Indians… He should be given severe punishment that will act as a deterrent to future generations so that no one dares to do the same.”
Australia won the Boxing Day Test by 184 runs and will now head to Sydney for the New Year Test with a 2-1 lead. They have a big chance to win this series and secure a place in the final of the World Test Championship.
