India’s Top Fencers Aim for Glory at Senior World Championship, Hong Kong 2026

India’s leading fencers have embarked on a mission to Hong Kong for the 2026 Senior World Championships. With twelve men and twelve women in the delegation, the team will battle in epee, foil and sabre events, seeking to showcase the progress made during the national and international season. The athletes travel with a support crew that includes five national coaches and two physiotherapists. The competition will span 22‑30 July at the AsiaWorld‑Expo venue, and the association’s secretary‑general praised the squad’s preparedness and ambition.
