India A vs Pakistan A: Key Dates for Men's Rising Stars Asia Cup

The ACC Men's Asia Cup Rising Stars tournament is set to run from November 19 to 29 in Doha, and the fixture list has now highlighted a major contest. India A and Pakistan A have been placed in the same group, Group B, with Nepal and the UAE.

India A begin on November 20 against Nepal, before meeting Pakistan A on November 22. Their final group match is against the UAE on November 24.

Pakistan A's fixtures are against the UAE on November 20 and Nepal on November 24. The UAE and Nepal will also play each other on November 22.

In Group A, Sri Lanka A, Bangladesh A, Afghanistan A, Hong Kong and China are competing. The Qatar Cricket Association (QCA) is organising the event, with games at the West End International Cricket Stadium and the University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) ground.

Each group will follow a single round-robin structure. The leading two sides from both groups progress to the semifinals on November 26 and 27, and the final will be held on November 29.

Nepal, Hong Kong, China and the UAE qualified via the ACC Men's Premier Cup in Malaysia in July.

The associate teams will be represented by their senior players. Matches between Nepal or the UAE and any full member's A team will be recognised as official List A games. This means India A's matches against Nepal and the UAE will count as List A fixtures, while Nepal versus UAE will be an official one-day match.

Hong Kong and China can play List A matches outside the World Cup Challenge League, though the status of their games against A teams depends on ACC approval.

Doha also hosted the event last year, when Pakistan A won the title after beating Bangladesh A in a super over in the final.
