India Sends 168 Athletes to Nagoya 2026 Asian Para Games Across 11 Sports

The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has cleared a squad of 168 para‑athletes—112 men and 56 women—to compete in eleven disciplines at the Nagoya 2026 Asian Para Games. The list follows an initial approval of 166 athletes in ten sports, with Bochiya later added to the roster.

This marks India's continued growth in para‑sport, building on the strong showing at Hangzhou 2023 where the nation secured 111 medals, including 29 golds. Athletics contributed significantly with eighteen golds and a total of 55 medals.
