How Ilavenil and Parth performed in Nagoya – scores, rankings and medal hopes

Ilavenil Valarivan, already a silver‑medallist in the women’s 10‑meter air rifle, teamed up with Parth Rakesh Mann for the mixed event. The pair posted 376.3 points in the final, which placed them fourth behind China, South Korea and Japan. In the qualification round they had logged 634.6 points, ranking them second and giving them a realistic chance of stepping onto the podium. Their effort added to India’s overall shooting haul at the Games, which currently stands at five medals – four silver and one bronze.
