Historic win as India's Satwik and Chirag become first Indian champions at China Masters

In a landmark achievement, India’s Satwik Sai Raj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty lifted the men’s doubles trophy at the BWF Super 750 China Masters. The final saw them bounce back from an early 0‑5 deficit, beating Chinese opponents Ji Ting and Ren Xiangyu 11‑21, 21‑13, 21‑17. The pair had previously been runners‑up in 2023 and 2025 and reached the semifinals in 2024. This title adds a tenth World Tour victory to their résumé and marks the first time an Indian men’s doubles team has won the event since its launch in 2005.
