Himachal gains firepower as Nihal Wadhwa defects from Punjab

Nihal Wadhwa, a rising star in Indian domestic cricket, will now wear the Himachal Pradesh jersey for the forthcoming Ranji, Vijay Hazare and Syed Mushtaq Ali trophies. The 24‑year‑old made his mark with a debut century against Gujarat in the 2022‑23 Ranji season and was part of Punjab’s Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy winning squad in 2023‑24.
