Hearings Set for November 30 in Yuvraj Singh's Personality Rights Dispute
The next hearing in the personality‑rights case involving former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh is scheduled for November 30 at the Delhi High Court. Justice Jyoti Singh issued an interim injunction and a notice on July 29, marking the formal start of proceedings.
During the preliminary hearing, Singh’s counsel submitted a compilation of defamatory URLs, noting partial compliance with the court’s earlier removal order. The counsel highlighted that several merchants are capitalising on Singh’s brand without his authorization, seeking monetary gains.
The court has granted a three‑week window for the accused parties to file their responses, after which it will decide whether a permanent injunction is warranted.
