Gulveer Singh Makes History with Silver in 10,000m at Glasgow 2026

Gulveer Singh etched his name in Indian athletics history by winning the silver medal in the men’s 10,000 m race at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

Running under challenging rainy conditions, Singh clocked 27:49.78, finishing behind Australia’s Kai Robinson. His performance marked the first time an Indian athlete has stood on the podium for this distance at the Commonwealth Games.
