Former Irish Star Arlen Kelly Retires at 32

In a ceremony after Ireland’s women’s match against England, Arlen Kelly, 32, announced the end of her international career. Since gaining Irish citizenship in 2022, Kelly became a mainstay, playing 110 of Ireland’s 117 fixtures. Her career‑highlights include a 5/12 spell versus the Netherlands in a 2023 T20, earning her Irish Women’s Player of the Year and ICC Woman Player of the Month honors.
