First Female Cricketer Joins Lord's Honour Board After Landmark Test

In a historic moment at Lord's, Kriti Gaud became the inaugural woman to have her name inscribed on the ground’s Honour Board. The achievement came after her five‑wicket haul in the first innings of the women's Test against England, a match that also saw her named Player of the Match.

India’s 285 and England’s 170 set up a solid lead, which was extended to 115 runs after Gaud’s bowling spell. England’s second‑innings total of 341/7 gave them a daunting target, but they collapsed for 186, handing India a 270‑run victory.
