Final Round Set for Mission Hills China; Field Races Toward First LET Titles

The Aramco China Championship reaches its climax with a single round remaining on the Mission Hills China layout. After three days of play, the leaderboard is topped by Spain’s Luna Sobron and England’s Charlotte Heath, both at 16‑under‑par, while a tight pack of contenders follows closely.

India’s Pranavi Urs, the Asian Games gold‑medallist, recorded an even‑par 73 on day three, finishing at a combined 57th place with a score of +1 after 54 holes. She posted two birdies and two bogeys, opening the round with a birdie on the 5th and closing with another on the 18th.

England’s rising star Mimmi Rods posted a 68 (‑5) and now sits just one shot behind the leaders in third place. Rods, a three‑time LET winner, missed only one shot on the 13th while birdieing the 2nd, 6th, 10th, 11th and 15th holes.

Other notable performances include Russia’s Sara Kouskova, who is fourth with a 14‑under‑par round, and England’s Annabel Fuller in fifth place with a 71 (‑2). Four Chinese players – Liu Ruixin, Liu Yuji, Zhou Xuan and Jing Liji – share sixth place, one shot off the leaders.

The final round will start at 7:35 a.m. local time on the Mission Hills China course, with the top two teeing off on the World Cup course at 11:45 a.m. Players such as England’s Alice Hueson, Germany’s Patricia Isabel Schmidt, Thailand’s Nook Sukapan and Spain’s Ana Peláez Trivino are tied for 10th, all looking to make a late surge.

With LET titles on the line, the remaining round promises high drama as the field battles for the coveted championship and a breakthrough win on the Asian swing.
