England’s squad to warm up at WACA before Perth ODI series

A 50‑over warm‑up match has been scheduled for England’s side at Perth’s iconic WACA Ground on 7 November, where they will meet a Western Australia XI. The match will kick off at 11:30 local time and is expected to provide a solid platform for England’s preparation ahead of the ODI series that starts on 13 November at Perth Stadium.

Ticketing for the warm‑up will open on Tuesday morning, giving fans a chance to watch England’s leading players – including Jo Root, captain Harry Brook, fast bowler Jofra Archer and left‑handed batsman Jacob Bethel – in action.

Western Australia’s head coach, Bue Carson, noted that the game offers a valuable stage for local cricketers to showcase their abilities against an international side.
