Youth Protests in Delhi Face Police Action Over Modi Insults

A crowd of young demonstrators gathered at Jan Tarmantar in Delhi to voice dissent over recent political developments. During the protest, several individuals were captured on video using abusive language against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Following the incident, the Delhi police started investigations and took action against those identified. The unrest coincided with the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, adding to the volatile atmosphere.

Prime Minister Modi later posted a video on social media expressing forgiveness for the offenders who apologized, emphasizing the need to guide the youth onto the right path. Former football captain Bai Chung Bhutia reiterated that while protest is a right, it must be conducted without vulgarity.
