Coach Richard Paybus Credits Atal for Turning Test Match Around

Afghanistan's coach Richard Paybus lauded Sedikullah Atal after the test concluded in a draw. Paybus said the entire turnaround belonged to Atal, who worked hard to overcome a brief period of being out of touch. He emphasized that Atal's confidence will grow as he continues his test career.

The coach also praised the lower‑order batsmen for their disciplined approach, stating that the team's plan was to bat long and stay patient despite dot balls and medium deliveries.
