Blackwood, Joseph fight hard with 107*runs stand, WI still trail by innings and 185 runs

Jermaine Blackwood and Altarri Joseph are leading the fighting for the Windies against New Zealand’s strong bowling attack. The visitors were asked to bat again after getting all out for 138. NZ had declared on the 2nd days after posting a total of 519/7, courtesy of Kane Williamson’s inspiring double ton.

None of the West Indian batsman could survive long at the crease with opener John Campbell being the highest scorer with 26 followed by captain Jason Holder who stayed not-out with 25 runs.
For New Zealand, Tim Southee took 4 wickets for 35 runs. Kyle Jamieson & Neil Wagner chipped in with 2 each.
