Chief Minister made important announcements at Ramanujganj-Patna Samadhan Shivir: Announced construction of Mini Stadium in Rampur-Ramanujganj, Higher Secondary School in Patna and boundary wall of Surajpur Polytechnic. Raipur May 21, 2026 / Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai, while interacting with the public at the Samadhan Shivir organized in Ramanujganj-Patna in Surajpur district under Sushasan Tihar 2026 today, said that Sushasan Tihar is a campaign to solve people's problems, through which the government and administration are themselves reaching people's doorsteps to resolve their complaints, problems and needs. He said that the state government's goal is to ensure that the benefits of government schemes reach the last person and to provide the best possible facilities to the common citizens. Chief Minister Mr. Sai said that it is the government's responsibility to go among the people, understand the ground realities and ensure that the benefits of schemes and services are reaching the right person at the right time. Chief Minister Mr. Sai said that this is his 11th district visit under Sushasan Tihar and the target is to visit all 33 districts of the state by June 10. He said that the implementation of schemes, resolution of revenue cases and pending matters are being reviewed with officials in each district, and problems are being resolved quickly at the Gram Panchayat level. Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai said that there will be no compromise on the quality of civic amenities and development works, and the systems are being continuously monitored through surprise inspections. Mentioning the Tendu leaf collector families, he said that earlier rural brothers and sisters used to collect Tendu leaves barefoot in the forests, which put them at risk of injury, but now they are getting relief and safety through the Charan Paduka Yojana. Chief Minister Mr. Sai said that the government is committed to bringing positive change in the lives of farmers, women, poor families and villagers. He informed that a bonus of Rs 3716 crore has been distributed to farmers, paddy is being purchased at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal, and 18 lakh Prime Minister housing units have been approved after the formation of the government. He also inquired from the women present about receiving the amount under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana and informed that about 70 lakh women are benefiting from this scheme. The Chief Minister said that essential facilities are being provided to citizens through the Ramlala Darshan Yojana, Mukhyamantri Tirth Yatra Yojana and Atal Digital Seva Kendras, while many services including income, caste and residence certificates will be available from home through the e-District system. The Chief Minister said that the Chief Minister Helpline will be launched soon, where citizens can register their problems through a toll-free number and their resolution will be regularly monitored. Mentioning the Chief Minister Electricity Bill Resolution Scheme, he said that electricity bill resolution camps will be organized till June 31 and appealed to the people to take advantage of it. He also urged them to move towards energy self-reliance by joining the Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. Mentioning the paddy sowing season, the Chief Minister assured the farmers that sufficient availability of fertilizers, seeds, nano DAP and nano urea is being ensured so that the cost of farming is reduced and farmers get resources on time. Announcing three important decisions for the development of the district, Chief Minister Mr. Sai announced the construction of a Mini Stadium in Rampur-Ramanujganj, a Higher Secondary School in Patna, and the construction of the boundary wall of Surajpur Polytechnic in the municipality. He said that the creation of a developed and prosperous Chhattisgarh is the resolve of the state government and the pace of development works will be further accelerated. After the program, the Chief Minister reached the residence of farmer Mr. Raghunandan Singh, where he affectionately enjoyed the traditional Chhattisgarh meal served on sal leaves plates with the beneficiaries. The Chief Minister conveyed a message of his deep connection with the culture, tradition and rural life of the state by consuming water in earthen glasses along with traditional dishes like Koyalar Bhaji cooked on a mud stove, Idar made from Kochai leaves, and mango chutney.
