In Ranchi’s Kanke region, Circle Officer Amit Bhagat held a public hearing, promptly addressing and resolving numerous citizen complaints. The ‘Janata Darbar’ event, held at the block’s administrative complex, saw dozens of applications heard and settled on the spot. Bhagat’s efficient and fair approach to governance is being widely praised. He emphasized that resolving disputes through mutual agreement is the most effective method. The primary aim of these public gatherings, according to Bhagat, is to provide swift and transparent solutions to the common person’s problems. He assured attendees that his office operates without favoritism, treating all individuals equally regardless of external influence or attempts to bypass procedures. Bhagat also acknowledged the challenges posed by the slow functioning of the JharNet service and server errors, which often lead to delays. Many residents expressed relief, stating that issues unresolved for months were finally settled in a single visit thanks to Bhagat’s intervention. Satisfied citizens departed, offering blessings and good wishes to the Circle Officer. The event was attended by Circle Inspector Chitranjan Tudu, Deputy Head Ajay Baitha, and Kanke area employee Sanjay Kumar, among others.
