During the Jharkhand Assembly’s winter session, MLA Sudeep Gudiya vocally addressed the critical shortage of staff within the health and revenue departments in his constituency. He highlighted that the severe lack of doctors and healthcare professionals in government hospitals across the Torpa assembly segment is severely impacting public health, as local residents are unable to receive timely and adequate medical treatment. Gudiya urged the government to immediately increase the number of doctors in all block-level government hospitals to ensure citizens have access to better and prompt medical facilities. Furthermore, the MLA emphasized the significant deficit of employees in the revenue department, explaining that this shortage leads to considerable difficulties for the public in carrying out various government-related tasks. He implored the government to expedite the recruitment process for all vacant positions, considering the challenges faced by the populace. Both the dearth of medical personnel and the unfilled revenue department roles necessitate urgent government intervention to ensure essential services are delivered efficiently to the constituents.
