In the midst of ongoing tension with China on the border, India successfully test-fired a ground-breaking BrahMos supersonic cruise missile from Andaman and Nicobar Islands at 10 am today. The missile hit its target directly during testing. Its target was on another island. In the same month, India conducted a successful test missile test of Quick Reaction Missile in Balasore.
India is trying to increase its strength amidst ongoing tension along the border with China and Pakistan. India is continuously testing cruise and ballistic missiles. In which he is also getting success. More tests have been done within the last two to three months than earlier tests used in the whole year.
This test has been done at a time when there are disputes over the LAC of India and China. According to an ANI report, after this trial, the missile is now ready to join the Indian Army. It was tested at 10 am today. The test was carried out by the Indian Army with a large number of regiments of missile systems made by DRDO. The hitting capability of this missile is now 400 km.
The Sukhoi-30 fighter aircraft of the Indian Air Force also recently targeted its target in the Bay of Bengal with a BrahMos supersonic missile. For this operation, Sukhoi aircraft took off from Halwara airbase in Punjab. It is also known as the ruler of the Indian Ocean region due to the far reach of the Sukhoi aircraft. This squadron is also equipped with BrahMos cruise missile.
