Grizzly School students have once again showcased exceptional talent, securing gold medals at the 69th SGFI National School Games 2025-26 selection trials. This outstanding performance has brought pride to the school and the Koderma district. The crucial selection trials were held at Ganpat Rai Indoor Stadium, Khelgaon Mega Sports Complex in Ranchi, attracting over 200 participants from across Jharkhand. Seven talented young athletes from Grizzly School competed under the expert guidance of coach Saurav Kumar Pathak. Demonstrating remarkable sportsmanship and discipline, the students delivered impressive results. Pankaj Raj, Piyush Kumar, Abhishek Kumar Yadav, and Sachin Kumar Yadav clinched gold medals, securing first place. Shrikanth Gupta, along with Adarsh Kumar and Devanshu Kumar, earned third place, further contributing to the school’s success. As a result of their stellar performance, four Grizzly School athletes have officially qualified for the 69th SGFI National School Games 2025-26. Pankaj Raj and Piyush Kumar will represent the school in the Under-14 category, while Abhishek Yadav and Sachin Kumar Yadav have qualified for the Under-19 category at the national level. This significant achievement is a momentous occasion for the entire school community. School officials lauded the athletes and their coach for their dedication and hard work, attributing the success to relentless practice and unwavering discipline.
