Uttar Pradesh is witnessing a digital revolution in scheme dissemination, courtesy of UP Industrial Consultants Limited’s (UPCon) innovative awareness campaign. Launched to propagate CM Yogi Adityya Nath’s employment-focused policies, it has already touched over 11 lakh individuals, primarily youth eager for self-reliance.
At its core are transformative schemes: Vishwakarma Labour Honour, ODOP training programs, CM Yuva Entrepreneur Mission, and ODOP Margin Money support. As the government’s entrepreneurship arm, UPCon provides aspiring business owners with platforms, guidance, and resources to thrive.
‘Digital platforms are key in today’s fast-paced world,’ noted UPCon MD Praveen Singh. The social media-centric campaign ensures schemes reach target audiences—youth, craftsmen, and entrepreneurs—while clarifying eligibility, benefits, and enrollment steps.
Strategic partnerships with district influencers have driven success in 15 areas. Content-rich Reels and videos on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube demystify processes through real-life testimonials and easy explanations, boosting engagement and virality.
Metrics speak volumes: over 1.1 million impressions via posts and shares. This surge in visibility is translating to higher enrollments, with participants gaining insights into funding, skills training, and market support. It’s fueling a wave of startups and revitalizing local crafts.
Echoing CM Yogi’s dream of an Atmanirbhar UP, the campaign builds trust by debunking misconceptions and encouraging beneficiary uptake. With expansion underway across all districts, UPCon’s effort is solidifying the state’s position as a hub of skilled employment and innovation. The future looks bright for Uttar Pradesh’s youth.
