Presented under the theme ‘Nine Years of New Construction,’ it celebrates the state’s economic renaissance amid strong investments and fiscal controls.
This isn’t mere spending—it’s a visionary plan weaving development with discipline. Capital outlay at 19.5% will supercharge infra projects, creating jobs and momentum. Education (12.4%), health (6%), and agri (9%) allocations prioritize people, ensuring farmers’ incomes rise and youth thrive.
Adhering to fiscal norms, the deficit stays under 3% at 2.98% of GSDP. Agriculture gets transformative pushes: solar pump conversions (₹637.84 crore), FPO funds (₹150 crore for women farmers), export hubs (₹245 crore), and 2 lakh MT storage (₹25 crore).
Empowerment drives abound. Sanitation staff to receive ₹16-20k direct; teachers and aides get cashless care (₹357.84 + ₹89.25 crore). Girls’ hygiene via free napkins (₹300 crore), AI skill reimbursements (₹10 crore), and loan subsidies (₹30 crore) build futures.
Industry booms with employment zones (₹575 crore), ODOP (₹75 crore), Film City, AI Mission (₹225 crore), data upgrades. Women entrepreneurs gain ₹200 crore credit cards and ₹100 crore for shops at stations/airports, rent-free for three years.
