Women Vendors Feel Protected as Police She Team Patrols Vadodara Navratri Celebrations

Female entrepreneurs running stalls at Vadodara’s Navratri pavilions say they now feel protected thanks to the continuous rounds of the police “She Team”. The unit’s officers walk the perimeters, keep an eye on crowd movement, and intervene at the first sign of trouble. Stall owners have voiced that this security boost has helped them extend business hours, leading to higher sales. Shoppers have echoed the sentiment, noting that the feeling of safety lets them focus on the festivities rather than personal security.
