Women‑only and student EV bus services start alongside inter‑state electric route

Alongside the new buses, Delhi launched a women‑special EV service staffed by female police officers and Home Guard personnel, as well as a university‑student route. A total of 56 dedicated women‑only electric buses have been earmarked, covering 15 high‑demand corridors and 13 university routes, operating during peak hours to improve safety and convenience for women commuters.
