Organisers of the Prerna Vimarsh‑2026 conference have confirmed that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will be present at the closing ceremony. Senior officials of the RSS are also expected to attend. To provide a secure corridor for these dignitaries, the Noida‑Greater Noida Expressway and its adjoining arteries will be closed to heavy and medium‑weight trucks between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. on 20 September.

The traffic police have mapped out multiple alternate routes for private and commercial traffic, ensuring that the movement of essential goods and emergency services remains uninterrupted. Drivers are asked to adhere strictly to the diversion signs and avoid restricted lanes during the stipulated hours.
