Vedic peace chant shared by PM highlights dependence on wind, sun and rain

Prime Minister Narendra Modi used the X platform to highlight a peace mantra from the Shukla Yajurveda, chapter 36, verse 10. The mantra seeks the protection of the three primary natural elements: the air (vāta), the sun (sūrya) and the rain god Varuna. According to the post, the verse reflects the ancient Vedic teaching that humanity’s survival is entwined with clean air, balanced sunlight and timely rainfall, all essential for crop growth and overall prosperity.
