Upcoming Rainfall and Humidity Levels in Delhi NCR Till August 15

A series of rain events that began earlier this week is set to continue across Delhi‑NCR. On 10 August, the forecast shows cloud‑filled skies with pockets of light to moderate rain. Maximum temperature will be about 34 °C, while the night will see a low near 25 °C. The moisture content in the air is expected to be high, creating a muggy feel especially during sunrise and sunset. No alert has been triggered for this day.

The situation changes on 11 August when the meteorological service issues a yellow alert due to increased precipitation. Temperatures are slated to peak at 33 °C and drop to 24 °C after dark, with humidity hovering between 85 % and 90 %. Rainfall is likely to be present in the early hours, continue in the forenoon, and remain steady through the afternoon, before tapering off to a very light drizzle in the evening and night.

From 12 August onward through 15 August, the region will mostly experience overcast conditions with occasional light rain or drizzle. Daily maximum temperatures will stay in the 33 °C‑34 °C range, while minimums will vary from 23 °C to 25 °C. No additional warnings have been announced for these days.

Because of the persistent cloud cover and rain, the temperature rise is expected to be modest, giving residents a respite from the extreme heatwave. Yet, with humidity staying above 80 %, the atmosphere will remain considerably sticky, potentially causing discomfort despite the milder temperatures.
