Ujjain Transforms for Singhstha 2028 Under Yadav Leadership

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav is leaving no stone unturned in preparing Ujjain for the monumental Singhstha Kumbh Mela 2028. Continuous inspections and rapid construction mark the state's ambitious drive to welcome millions from across the globe to the holy Shipra River. Directives from the CM have spurred all departments into high gear. The focus is on building robust infrastructure along 29 kilometers of the river, including new bathing ghats operational round-the-clock. Post-bath, devotees will be guided safely via dedicated paths to parking and beyond. Yadav's hands-on approach involves frequent progress reviews and on-site instructions. Key developments include sprawling parking facilities connected by user-friendly approach roads to the ghats, minimizing logistical hurdles during the massive influx. High-level officials, including Ap_CS Dr. Rajesh Rajoura, recently toured the preparations. Divisional Commissioner Ashish Singh and Collector Roshan Kumar Singh spearheaded a meticulous 5-km walkthrough from Vikrant Bhairav Temple bridge, pinpointing 18 approach road sites up to Unhel Road. A second-phase patrol spanned 36 km on foot, identifying 140 strategic points. In line with national fuel-saving initiatives inspired by PM Modi, inspectors opted for a single bus, setting an example. Sites flagged include stretches under Lal Pul, Gau Ghat, behind Vedhshala, Vakankar Bridge vicinity, Jivan Khedi, and near Shri Shani Temple—covering both river sides and integrating existing and upcoming ghats. Each marked spot, within 200 meters of ghats, prioritizes ease of access. Upcoming police strategies will handle crowds and traffic, ensuring safety. As Ujjain blossoms under Yadav's guidance, Singhstha 2028 promises to be a beacon of devotion and efficient organization.
