The chief minister emphasized that law‑enforcement agencies and courts are now working in tandem to dismantle networks trafficking methamphetamine, heroin, codeine‑phosphate cough syrup and other illicit substances. He warned that any individual involved in narcotics trade will face uncompromising legal action, regardless of position or affiliation.
