PM10 Levels Drop from 88 to 53 µg/m³ in Trichy

Between 2017‑18 and 2025‑26, Trichy's ambient PM10 concentration fell from 88 µg/m³ to 53 µg/m³, driven by waste segregation, door‑to‑door collection, mechanised street cleaning, and stricter anti‑burning enforcement.
