Government School Candidates Still Await Seats Under 7.5% Reservation at TN Agricultural University

A separate admission track was created for students from government schools applying under a 7.5% reservation quota. Out of the 424 seats earmarked for this category, only 202 have been filled so far. Certificate verification for these applicants took place on July 20, after which admission orders were issued to eligible candidates. The university expects the remaining quota seats to be included in the upcoming counseling round, giving more government‑school students a chance to secure a place.
