Three Vacant Trust Posts Remain Unfilled as CEO Shortlist Stalls

The Ram Janmabhoomi Trust is set to discuss the recruitment of a chief executive officer and the filling of three empty trustee seats in its Wednesday session.

One vacancy arose after the death of former trustee Bimlendra Mohan Pratap Mishra, while the other two opened following the resignations of former General Secretary Champat Rai and former trustee Dr. Anil Mishra.

Sources indicate that Krishna Mohan is currently the frontrunner for the post of permanent general secretary, but the CEO shortlisting delay may affect the timing of his appointment as well.

Names such as B. L. Bangra, the national secretary of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, are reportedly being considered for the vacant trustee roles, suggesting a broader reshuffle of the trust’s governing body.
