Tendu Leaf Harvesters to Receive ₹36.17 Crore Bonus for 2024 Season

The government transferred a bonus of ₹36.17 crore (₹36,17,37,518) to 904,126 tendu‑leaf collectors operating in eight forest divisions, including East and West Mandla, North and South Siwani, North and South Balaghat, Dindori and Jabalpur. In addition, a wood dividend of ₹26.56 lakh was paid to roughly 40,000 members of 84 forest committees supporting the department in Mandla.
