Swift Police Action on Delhi Railtrack Killing Highlights Efficiency

Delhi's railway police demonstrated rapid response capabilities after a fatal stabbing on the tracks between Nangloi and Mangolpuri stations was solved in just eight hours. According to officials, the victim was attacked around 6 p.m. while recording near Raj Park Industrial Area. Three adolescents, whose ages were estimated between 17 and 20, confronted him, escalating into a violent encounter. One attacker restrained the man, while another handed a knife that was thrust into the victim's abdomen. The suspects fled toward Nangloi station. The victim's companions rushed him to a hospital where he later passed away. An FIR filed at Sarai Rohilla railway police station was amended to include murder charges. Investigators leveraged CCTV recordings, nearby intelligence sources and forensic evidence to pinpoint the three minors, recover their clothing and the knife ordered online, and secure their arrest.
