Students Tour Delhi Assembly, Learn Lawmaking from Speaker Gupta

Under the ‘Youth Outreach Initiative’, students from three Delhi University colleges visited the Delhi Assembly. Speaker Gupta led an interactive session that covered the complete legislative cycle: how a bill is introduced, debated, amended and finally passed. A short documentary titled ‘A Century Journey’ was screened, and each participant received a coffee‑table book documenting a hundred years of legislative history. The tour concluded with a guided walk through the main chamber, allowing the students to observe the day‑to‑day workings of the state legislature.
