State Seeks 150,000 Local Buyers for Upcoming Trade Fair in Greater Noida

Uttar Pradesh’s International Trade Show 2026 is setting an ambitious target of attracting more than 150,000 domestic buyers to its fifth‑day exhibition in Greater Noida. The goal follows an early‑stage registration surge that has already recorded over 45,000 Indian B2B buyers.

The state’s industrial development authority has rolled out a comprehensive outreach program, using digital marketing, direct invitations and partnerships with trade bodies to widen participation. The aim is to provide a massive marketplace for local manufacturers, MSMEs and exporters to meet potential customers and secure orders.

International participation is also a key focus. Roughly 1,500 overseas buyers have completed registration, with a shortlist of over 500 and confirmed attendance from more than 300. Delegations from Japan, Vietnam, Russia, Singapore and Austria will be present, offering Uttar Pradesh firms a direct line to global supply chains.

The exhibition will occupy 36,500 square metres of pre‑booked space, with an extra 1,000 square metres likely to be added to accommodate the growing roster of exhibitors. The venue will host product showcases, investment discussions, and live demonstrations across sectors such as textiles, agro‑processing, engineering and information technology.

In addition to the trade floor, the expo will feature 20 expert‑led knowledge sessions and 25 cultural performances, underscoring the state’s blend of commercial ambition and cultural vibrancy. The opening ceremony is scheduled for the morning of September 25, while the closing ceremony with awards will be held on September 29, accompanied by a special performance by the Uttar Pradesh Police band.
