New State Network Operations Centre to Oversee Jharkhand’s Fiber Rollout

To ensure smooth operation and maintenance of the expanded broadband grid, Jharkhand will establish a State Network Operations Centre (SNOC). The centre will monitor network performance, address outages and coordinate upgrades across the 4,387 upgraded gram panchayats and the newly connected eight panchayats. By integrating existing infrastructure with fresh fibre routes, the SNOC aims to deliver uninterrupted high‑speed internet access to households, schools, health centres and business hubs throughout the state.
