State Leaders Push for Joint Effort in Infrastructure and Welfare
In Jaipur, the Home State Minister Jawahar Singh Bedham called for a coordinated push from the administration, business community and citizens to achieve the twin goals of a developed India and a thriving Rajasthan. He reminded listeners that the Prime Minister has set a 2047 deadline for India’s full development.
The minister praised Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma for initiating the "Developed Rajasthan" vision and for laying the foundation stone for projects worth roughly ₹880 crore in Kekri, Ajmer district. Sharma described the state’s "double‑engine" approach as a catalyst for faster infrastructure growth and better public services.
A roadmap covering water, electricity, roads, education, health and employment has been drafted, and early results are already visible on the ground, according to Sharma.
Bedham reiterated that the nation’s progress depends on the synergy between government actions, industrial growth and active citizen participation.
