State allocates ₹32 crore for flood mitigation

Punjab's budget earmarks over ₹32 crore for flood mitigation projects in identified hotspots. Funds will be used to construct stud walls, revetments, and spur dikes in critical villages such as Amritpur Rajewal and to reinforce riverbanks between RD 117,000 and RD 152,000.
