Speeding Car Loses Control, Hits Divider, Killing Three in Patna‑Khagaria Route

A vehicle traveling at high speed from Patna towards Khagaria on the Mokama‑Bakhitiyarpur highway lost balance and crashed into a roadside divider. The force of the impact left the three passengers pinned inside the cabin. Neighbors who heard the loud crash rushed to the location, cut open the wrecked panels, and extracted the victims. Despite immediate transport to Mokama Trauma Centre, doctors pronounced all three dead. The deceased were named as Pawan Gupta, Sulochana Devi and the driver Salman, all hailing from Khagaria district. Police collected the bodies for post‑mortem testing and have started a probe focusing on excessive speed, driver error and road conditions. The local populace is in deep shock, and mourning ceremonies are being arranged.
