Special Staff Team Cracks Child Killing Case in North Delhi

The North Delhi Special Staff unit has successfully solved a gruesome homicide involving a minor. Acting on a confidential lead, officers set a trap that led to the capture of Avinash, son of Shoki Rai, a resident of Mukundpur Part‑2. The suspect was linked to the murder of a teenage girl from the same neighbourhood.

Following the arrest, the team recovered the victim’s body from a suitcase, confirming the suspect’s involvement. The case has now been transferred to the Burari police station, where a formal FIR has been lodged and further investigative steps are underway.
